Starting last week I saw a ton of people circulate an article from Alta Online called, "Why the Academy Museum is a Hollywood Flop." (Weirdly enough, that title is not what readers see right off the bat which is "More Flop Than Blockbuster.") Whether you were from Los Angeles or not, or whether you had even been to the museum or not, people had opinions. So many that, as of this writing, I'm still seeing people push this article. So, let's discuss the Academy Museum, if it truly sucks and what could conceivably be done (if anything) to improve it.
