The feelings about Rob Reiner's tragic loss are still acute this week. But what's been amazing to see is how the film world has come together to collectively celebrate Reiner's acting and directing work. Many have made the argument that there wasn't a bad Reiner movie in the bunch, yes, even North! It's probably because, like I mentioned in my own eulogy of Reiner, he gave us movies that showed us how to feel. He crafted movies focused on life's movements.

Everyone this week is remembering the Rob Reiner movies they fell in love with, and here at The Film Maven we're doing the same thing.
